American Flag Football is a team game that has all the skill, strategy and fun of the grown-up game but without the bruises and the need for the expensive equipment, which makes it easy and safe to set up and play. It is a 5-a-side game for both boys and girls, played on a smaller field and games are usually about 40 minutes long. To tackle an opponent you pull one of the flags from their belt.
