American Flag Football is a team game that has all the skill, strategy and fun of the full-grown contact game but without the bruises and the need for the expensive equipment, which makes it easy and safe to set up and play. It is a 5-a-side game played on a smaller pitch. Tackles are made by removing the flag from the belt of an opponent.

If you are tired of sitting on you couch playing John Madden on your X box and want to take it to the next level then the Birmingham Bulls American Football Club are looking for guys like you to join the adult flag team to play in the newly formed BAFL Flag League. No experience is required as training will be provide by the Bulls experienced coaching staff. Flag football is fun and a great way to get your whole body fit not just the thumb.
